At Rare Factory, we believe that your satisfaction is the key to our success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Return Policy
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item, and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure that it’s in the same condition as when we shipped it. If the item meets our return policy requirements, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
Wrong Item or Damaged Item
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible, free of charge. If a replacement item is not available, we’ll issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item, and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the exchange item to you free of charge.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
